Here I will go over some simple tips that will make your sorting invitations easy, convenient and organized. You are going to love this fantastic idea for your wedding invitations.

THINGS YOU WILL NEED

• Multi-Purpose Photo Tray ~ PIX N’ TRAY…If you don’t have one already you can find it in www.Pixntray.com 
• card stock paper or computer paper or photo paper: You need two (8 x10) sheets of paper.
• scissors

STEP 1

Gather all your invitations and separate into four categories such as;

• Outgoing Wedding Invitations
• Incoming Wedding Invitations
• Family Wedding Invitations
• Friends Wedding Invitations

 Now that you have them separated into 4 categories, I’m going to explain how you could keep the invitations neatly and conveniently organized with one tray…you will never have to worry about getting your wedding invitations mixed up ever again.

This next step, I’m going to go over on how you can personalize 4 cards to display on the multi-purpose tray.

Note: notice how your invitations can neatly be organized. The photo is showing invitations, goodies, vase with goodies (which is also can be place on the multi-purpose tray) …With the photo posted on this article you can get the idea on how your invitations can be organized in a convenient and neatly way.

STEP 2

Note: In lieu of the fun cards, you can display your own 8 personal photos and or personalized cards, also 8 messages can be displayed.

You could use PIX N’ TRAY fun cards to display on the multi-purpose tray or simply create your own personalized cards “to-do cards” using card stock paper, photo paper or computer paper

*they are offering the cards for free with tray purchase…if you already own this tray then use your cards.

• If you decide you want to personalize your own cards then take your paper from your “things you will need list” which I mentioned earlier, and use Pix n’ tray fun cards as your guide to trace and trim your card stock paper…it’s easy, simply trace and cut.
• Now that you have them cut out, write on each card using a pen or marker; OUTGOING WEDDING INVITATIONS, INCOMING WEDDING INVITATIONS, FAMILY WEDDING INVITATIONS, FRIENDS WEDDING INVITATIONS.

Note: In lieu of the cards you are about to create… you can place  your own personal photos.

Tip: before cutting the paper, type words or images using your computer and then print paper, trace and cut.

Tip: in lieu of writing on your cards, you could also use wedding stickers to personalize each card. You could get as creative as you like. The ideas are endless…

STEP 3

Take your already cut and personalized cards and easily slide them into the tray’s half round inserts ( place cards in half rounds located towards front of the tray…if you like you could also place fun cards, photos or and messages on all 8 have rounds and 8 rectangular(s)…

This is great so when all your invitations are off the tray, your messages and all photos, etc. are revealed, so your tray always looks personalized and inviting.

Note: The tray half-rounds have an opening on each side where you easily slide in and out your photos, personalized cards, fun cards, etc.

After you insert your personalized cards, you then can place all your invitations…place all outgoing wedding invitations where you displayed the personalize cards “outgoing wedding invitations” do the same for your incoming wedding invitations, and so on. The multi-purpose photo tray holds up to 50 to 100 pieces of invitations…this depends on the size (thickness) of your wedding invitations.
